dude, i got an associated press mention
Well, a case I worked on, Kornwolf v. United States, did. We basically asked the Court not to reconsider the constitutionality of a law prohibiting the sale of eagle artifacts. See here:
The Bush administration said in its filing that Kornwolf could have sued the government for compensation, instead of trying to sell the things illegally. Administration attorneys also said that the items were not worthless because they could be put in an exhibit, with a fee to see them.
That filing? That was partially me! (Er, and the Solicitor General's office, which is so much better than me, turning my straw into gold.) Yo, official link.
